How do your gift cards work?
Socking Behaviour digital gift cards arrive via email within 1 hour of placing the order.
Socking Behaviour is not responsible for digital gift cards that are undeliverable because of an inaccurate email address. Please make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact us if you suspect the recipient did not receive the gift card or to update an inaccurate email address.
What happens if I lose my gift card?
Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Treat gift cards like cash.
Can I return a gift card?
Socking Behaviour gift cards cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase.
Refunds for orders paid with a gift card are credited to a new gift card
If you return an order purchased with multiple gift cards, the total dollar value will be refunded on a new single gift card.
If you return product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the refund is first applied to the credit card, up to the original amount charged, and then to the gift card.
Can I check my gift card balance?
Any remaining balance on the gift card after purchase can be used for future purchases. KEEP YOUR GIFT CARD COUPON CODE. You will need this code to apply to future purchases where a remaining balance exists on the gift card.
Balances cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
Does my gift card expire?
Socking Behaviour gift cards do not expire or decrease in value if unused.
How do I redeem a digital gift card?
Socking Behaviour gift cards are redeemable at www.sockingbehaviour.com.
After entering your gift card during checkout, the balance will immediately be deducted from the order total. If your order total exceeds the amount of your gift card, you can pay the remainder with a credit card or additional gift card.

How does gifting a subscription work?
Yearly subscriptions can be given as gifts. At checkout you’ll be able to choose a start date for the membership, as well as the option to send the gift immediately, or at a later date.

How do I update the address on the account?
Please sign in and visit your account settings to change your address.
When do I receive my order?
Our subscription orders are shipped out of Toronto, ON, Canada by regular post mail. Subscribers who are out-of- province or U.S. residents, please allow 10 days prior to inquiries.
When do you ship my subscription order?
The first pair will ship within 48 hours of your order. All subsequent socks will ship on the 10 th of each month. We ship by regular mail post.
Please note: we do not ship on weekends.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Fixed subscriptions do not auto-renew, however you cannot cancel. Your monthly plan may be cancelled at any time as long as we have not shipped out the current month.
When will I be charged?
Your card is charged on the same date that you sign up if you select the monthly plan. Yearly subscriptions are charged on day of purchase.
In what currency will I be charged for my subscription?
If you are a Canadian Resident, you will be charged prices shown in Canadian Dollars. If you are a U.S. Resident, you will be charged prices shown in U.S. Dollars.
What happens if my subscription socks are too big/small?
Please contact us and we will try to assist in any way we can.
How will you know my sock size?
We would like to accommodate a wide range of subscribers. Therefore, the size in our monthly subscriptions is One Size Fits Most (9-13). Each brand has some wiggle room in how they size their socks. One brand may fit slightly different than another.
